Room Rates 2010/11
Double Ensuite Rooms
From 75 per room per night including Continental Breakfast.
Double Ensuite Rooms with King Size Bed
From 85 per room per night including Continental Breakfast.
Single Occupancy (not Saturdays)
From 50 per room per night including Continental Breakfast.
Family Room (double room with king size bed & extra folding bed for 1 child or small adult)
From 95 per room including Continental Breakfast. (children under 12 no charge for breakfast).
Winter Break Rates
Double ensuite room from £85 per night (rate for Sundays to Thursdays)
Double ensuite room with king size bed from 95 per night (rate for Sundays to Thursdays)
This rate includes room, two course dinner & Continental breakfast
Avaialable from 1st October 2010 to 31st March 2011* minimum stay 2 nights

Our Cancellation Policy
We are a small business, (we have only three rooms) so we have had to devise a Cancellation Policy to protect ourselves from loss of business. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
All room bookings require full pre-payment, so, sorry, but we are unable to hold a room or make a booking without payment in full.
Check in time is 2pm, and if a booking is cancelled:
- More than 7 days before the arrival date, a refund of 90% is given (this is less a 10% credit card administration fee.
- Less than 7 days but more than 24 hours before the arrival date, a refund of 50% is given
- Less than 24 hours before the arrival date, or a no show, no refund is given
